1. Scope of Services

Moving On Senior Relocation Specialist provides senior-focused relocation services, including but not limited to packing, unpacking, downsizing assistance, transportation, furniture placement, and coordination with senior living communities. We are not a medical, healthcare, or assisted living provider and do not offer medical or personal care services.

2. Estimates & Payment

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of booking. Final charges may vary depending on actual time, materials, access conditions, and additional services requested. Payment terms, including deposits and balances due, will be outlined in the service agreement.

3. Liability & Claims

The Company exercises reasonable care in handling client property. However, liability for loss or damage is limited to the valuation coverage selected in the signed service agreement. Claims for damage must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your service contract.

The Company is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Items packed by the client

Fragile or particleboard furniture not suitable for relocation

Items prohibited by law

Sentimental value cannot be assigned beyond declared monetary valuation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients (or their authorized representatives) must ensure:

Legal authority to contract services on behalf of the property owner

Clear and safe access to the residence

Disclosure of mobility limitations or special handling requirements

Removal of hazardous materials, firearms, or restricted items prior to service

5. Third-Party Authorization

If services are arranged by a family member, guardian, or representative, that individual affirms they have the legal authority to act on behalf of the client and agrees to indemnify the Company for any claims arising from misrepresentation of such authority.

6. Privacy

We collect and use client information solely for scheduling, service coordination, billing, and communication purposes. Personal information is not sold or shared except as required for payment processing or by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.
